Finely Tuned Ops is operated by FINELY TUNED OPS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. These terms govern use of the public Finely Tuned Ops website. A signed client agreement governs paid services and controls if it conflicts with these website terms.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful business and informational purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material, misrepresent your identity, or use content in a way that violates applicable law.
Information and resources
Content and tools on this site, including the time-savings calculator and the sample report, are provided for general information. They are not legal, accounting, financial, security, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for how you apply them.
Free AI assessment
The free mini-assessment is conducted by an AI voice analyst, not a person, and may be recorded and transcribed as described in our Privacy Policy. It is a short intake, not a full analysis. Any written summary we send afterward is general guidance, and it is not the paid Operations Assessment.
Text messaging program
By opting in on our Text Us page, or by submitting your phone number on our contact form, you authorize Finely Tuned Ops (FINELY TUNED OPS, LLC) to text or call the number you provide, possibly using automated means. The messages include replies to your inquiries, follow-up on your requests and conversations with Alex, reminders and notices about assessments and reports, updates about services you have bought, and promotional messages.
Message frequency varies, typically a few messages per conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of buying anything.
Reply STOP at any time to cancel. After you reply STOP we send one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP, email team@finelytunedops.com, or call (954) 250-8319 for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your mobile number is described in our Privacy Policy.
Paid services
Submitting a form or completing the free assessment does not create a client relationship, guarantee that we will take on your project, or schedule any paid work. Scope, fees, deliverables, confidentiality, intellectual property, and service commitments are established only in a separate written agreement.
Intellectual property
Finely Tuned Ops branding, original website copy, designs, and proprietary materials are owned by Finely Tuned Ops or its licensors. You may not copy or republish them without written permission.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but do not promise uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, the public website is provided as available and Finely Tuned Ops is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of public website materials.
