AI discovery calls

With your consent, Retell processes your voice conversation with our AI analyst, Alex, and produces a transcript. Finely Tuned Ops uses the transcript and the contact details you give to prepare your written assessment summary and a founder follow-up. Alex is an AI, not a person. Please do not share passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive personal information on the call.

Information you provide

We receive information you submit through the contact form on this site: your name, email address, business name, optional phone number, and a message describing what you want to improve. Other features of this site may use forms or tools operated by their identified providers.

Text messaging

If you choose to receive text messages from Finely Tuned Ops, through the opt-in on our Text Us page or by giving your phone number on our contact form, we collect your mobile phone number and the content of your messages and replies. We use them to send you messages, such as replies to your questions, follow-up on your request, reminders and updates about your assessment or services, and promotional messages, and to respond when you text us.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the service providers that deliver our messages, including GoHighLevel and the mobile carriers, and where the law requires it.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also email team@finelytunedops.com.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to requests, provide requested materials, evaluate potential engagements, maintain customer records, improve our services, and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Submitting a form or completing the free assessment does not create a client relationship or schedule paid work.

Contact form submissions

When you submit the contact form, Resend sends your submission to our team at team@finelytunedops.com and sends a confirmation to the email address you entered. We also save the submission in our own database, and we add your details to GoHighLevel, the customer relationship management (CRM) platform we use to track and follow up on inquiries. The submission may be retained in Resend sent-email records and logs, in our database, in GoHighLevel, and in the mailboxes of the team members who respond.

Mailbox copies are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide the requested service, maintain appropriate business records, or meet legal obligations. Provider settings and legal requirements may affect actual retention.

Service providers

The website is hosted through Vercel. Resend processes the emails described above. Supabase hosts our database, which holds contact form submissions and the records behind your private assessment link. GoHighLevel is our CRM platform for tracking and following up on inquiries. Retell processes voice calls for the AI assessment. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website. They may receive technical context such as the pages you visit, referrer, and device and browser information. Google Analytics also sets cookies in your browser to recognize repeat visits, and Google processes that data under its own privacy policy. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We do not use session recording, and we do not use Google Analytics for advertising.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. We use access controls and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with you, or unsubscribe from marketing communications, by emailing team@finelytunedops.com. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal, or contractual purposes.
